Nice motel, called them and got a better rate than other booking sites. Breakfast is not the fanciest but it has all you need, pool and hot tub were clean and so was our room. Had an issue with billing but was taken care of by front desk person who was checking people out while he was taking care of breakfast on a Sunday morning.
Never got around to writing a review, but wanted to rate my stay over New Year Eve 2017, which was very nice.Front desk was helpful mostly, when our car battery died they were not able to assist at all, understandably because it was New Year day.Jacuzzi room was very open, clean, and comfortable - Very welcoming!The shower was a bit rough (cracking wall around shower head), but it wasn't too bad, it wasn't gross just noticeably needed caulking.Pretty empty for people so it was very relaxing, will visit again, had to knock a star for inability to help stranded guests though it was semi understandable due to the holiday.
The worst hotel we have ever been at. Disorganized ran by an 18 year old girl and her kids. Rooms were not even clean when we showed up ,and one was double booked and had people in it yet. Key cards did not work. Gave up one of our 3 rooms so another family would not get kicked out. Then they call me up at night wondering if another party was checking in, whom they called me 3 months prior and told me hotel was over booked and canceled the reservation on me.( large group there for wedding ) We got a 6:00 AM wake up call that we never asked for. ( after a late night at wedding ) Her 7 and 8 year old kids were helping clean the rooms and I'm pretty sure there's labor laws against that. I will be battling with their corporate and Expedia to get our money back, because the local management does not care and with all of these problems could care less and got nothing but attitude from them.
We always book this hotel when we come out here and the staff and supervisor are so friendly and helpful. Breakfast is great and my kids love swimming here always clean.
Amazing stay!!!! We had checked in to a king room but there was a little trouble with the a/c unit. The manager moved us up to a king suite room with a whirlpool for nothing extra. I was so excited to finally find a place that valued their customers and went above and beyond when something wasnt right. I used to work at this hotel 15 years ago before the new owners and I am so impressed with the remodeling and work they have done. I will gladly come back anytime I am in town.
