Great timely service. Friendly and helpful.
Very sketchy with the money aspect, but do great work. Invoice is very dull and doesn't tell you much so you don't know what you paid for . After asking for a more thorough invoice the bill was $800 and the rest was labor. The bill was around $4000 so you do the math there. They were only there for about a days day's work.
The service was fast and friendly but a minor mistake that should have been checked required a second visit. Would have received 5-stars if it was done right the first time.
I needed to have our furnace checked for the winter so I called Connors to set up an appointment. From the time someone answered the phone I felt at ease. The scheduler was professional and cheery and when she asked if someone could come out the next day, I was surprised. When I got home that afternoon i received a call from Connors saying they had a tech in the area and then asked if someone could stop yet that day. Of course I said yes, since I did not have to miss work to let them in. The Technician was great. he shared with me what the house call and the service would cost and then asked if we had a computer. He said if you do this service tuneup the utility company would give us a $25 dollar rebate. We downloaded the application while he was here and he then filled out his part and signed it. That is what I call service with a smile and putting the customer first. Thank you Connors.
I have never had a problem with Connors Plumbing. They have always come the same day I call and are good to explain what they are doing and why. They are good to give helpful tips as well! I recommend Connors to lots of people who are looking for good plumbers. Thank you Connors Plumbing for all you do for me!
