I work here at Waseca Floral and pride myself on my designs. When you order on-line you are picking an arrangement out of 100's that you want the same day or next day delivery. We need a few days to get some of flowers in the right colors and types. I would tell anyone ordering to call us directly. We can tell you if we can do the arrangement as shown or if we have to sub. You will also know that we received the order. It's also hard to tell the size of an arrangement by looking at a picture they do give dimensions. I hope this helps anyone who wishes to order in the future. We have many happy customers and if you ever have a question or concern please call me!!

I am extremely disappointed in the service I was provided by this company. I bought flowers for my mother online and when they arrived today they looked literally NOTHING like the bouquet I picked out. It was tiny, the colors were 100% wrong, it wasn't arranged nicely in any way, I'm extremely disappointed. I tried to get the Full of Love Bouquet, this is what she received. She loves them and I'm glad she's happy, but I'm extremely displeased. I won't be ordering from here again, I'll go through ANY other supplier to make sure I receive what I order next time.
Rick at Waseca Floral did a fantastic job for me earlier this week and I wanted to share with anyone interested in buying flowers in the Waseca area! I live out of state but wanted to send a special bouquet to someone special staying there in Waseca. I called Rick on the phone and asked him if I could text him a photo of a bouquet of flowers I wanted him to try to duplicate. He was very nice, gave me his cell phone number, and I sent him the picture. Long story short, he did a masterful job, created a beautiful bouquet and delivered it in a vase within 2 hours (and I didn't even ask for it to happen that quickly!). Not only did I want to share this with everyone, I wanted to say Thank you to Rick for making me look like a champ!! Great job. Highly recommend!
